Hello, my name is Lisa.  I grew up in Montrose, SD and graduated with a tiny little class of 13!  I was pretty sure, from the time I was in grade school, that I was going to do hair when I grew up!  Well, I fullfilled that dream, the only difference is I'm not doing hair on a cruise ship, so that I could travel the world at the same time.  Close - but no cigar!

I am married, and have a son. My husband is Tim and is in the Air National Guard and loves to spend time with his three, yes THREE German Shepards and my son is Carter, 4, who goes to work everyday at daycare!  He'd much rather just work than go to daycare! 

In my spare time, I like to watch movies, cartoons (that I catch myself paying more attention to than I'd sometimes like,) or anything I haven't seen before.  I also try to do just about anything I can so that I don't have to stay home and do those daily chores that come along with having a 4 year old....and a husband, for that matter!  I also like to go anywhere that I can - whenever I can! Doesn't matter where, as long as I can go!  This past summer, I actually made it to St. Louis, Missouri, the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and Deadwood, all for the first time!  I look forward to my next trip back to any of them, any time soon!  Or anywhere else for that matter!

I actually started cosmetology school in Fargo, ND at Josef's School of Hair Design!  I finished my schooling back home, here in South Dakota at Stewart's School.  I am thankful for both schooling experiences.  As soon as I graduated from Stewart's, I started off my career with Hair By Stewart's. I was with them for a few years, managing for part of my time there.

After awhile, I decided it was time to make a change, and that's when I decided to join The HAIRforce!  I am happy to be here, and look forward to working with my new team!
